On average, we have two rounds of interviews. During these interviews, you’ll meet the hiring manager and the team, and engage in deeper discussions about the position and your skill set. In the second interview, you’ll often have the chance to explore our beautiful offices.
Sometimes, we include case studies in the second-round interview or an additional assessment as the final step. You’ll always be informed about these in advance.
After reviewing the interviews, we carefully consider whether we’re the right fit for each other. Regardless of the outcome, we’ll provide meaningful feedback.
