At Amer Sports, we have reviewed our sustainability commitment in many areas since 2020. Amer Sports has become a participating company of the Fair Labor Association (FLA). We have also created an Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy, and updated our Code of Conduct and Ethical Policy.
Furthermore, as signatories of the United Nations Fashion Industry Charter for Climate Action (FICCA), our brands Arc’teryx, Salomon, and Peak Performance have committed to set emissions reduction targets in line with the Paris Agreement, limiting global warming to 1.5 degrees, and have their targets validated against the Science Based Targets initiative.

The well-being of people and our planet are close to our hearts, and we have focused on sustainability for years. With this solid foundation, we will elevate our environment, social, and governance (ESG) ambitions and commitments to demonstrate accountability and transparency throughout the value chain. We want to contribute to a cleaner environment, mitigate global warming, promote circular economy, embrace inclusion and diversity, and ensure good and fair working conditions to all employees.
This is backed up by our new sustainability strategy, approved in 2022. For the strategy, we reviewed materiality according to key topics and are already tracking their progress. These key topics include climate change, water management, sustainable procurement, and supply chain, among others. We will now further define our sustainability ambition level, new key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, as well as action plans.
