Stefano Saccone has been appointed President, Peak Performance, and member of the Amer Sports Global Leadership Team, effective April 1, 2025, succeeding the current President Sara Molnar.
Stefano joins Peak Performance from the role of CEO of Woolrich, prior to which he held executive positions with VF Corporation, Nike, and Ralph Lauren. Stefano brings a great mix of global brand leadership experience from the sportswear and apparel industry, along with omni-channel expertise. Stefano will be based in Stockholm, Sweden, and report to Stuart Haselden, CEO Arc’teryx and Technical Apparel segment.
Sara Molnar, President of Peak Performance has decided to pursue new endeavors outside the company. She continues to lead the brand and manage the transition process until March 31.
