What has kept you with Amer Sports for 7 years?
It’s all about the good vibes. When I joined the team, I immediately noticed how well everyone worked together, collaborating, supporting each other, and spending time together after work. Additionally, being part of the Amer Sports team gives me the opportunity to push myself. I can’t complain about monotony, and this works for me.
What advice would you give to other women pursuing a career in this field?
Ask questions, seize every chance to grow, and always show up. Try to understand the bigger picture, not just your own processes. Look for areas of improvement and strive for excellence. Even if you’re not sure you have all the necessary qualities, putting in effort and trying will be beneficial.
Which of our values is the most important to you?
Better together. I strongly believe that teamwork brings many benefits. I admire the people I work with, and I am always open to hearing their opinions and understanding their points of view. I welcome discussions, which often lead to development.
