Piotr is a shining example of growth and development within Amer Sports. Starting as an intern in 2016, to now leading the Invoice to Cash team, his journey highlights the possibilities for advancement and development within Amer Sports.
Can you share a significant project that you’ve been involved in during your time at the company?
Over the past 7 years, there have been many memorable projects, including the acquisition of Peak Performance and my involvement in its transition. Recently, I’ve overseen the ongoing transformation of one of my teams, which has included assuming Credit Managers’ tasks and expanding responsibilities within the Global Business Services Team.
How have you developed professionally during your time here?
Starting as an intern at Amer Sports, I’ve made the most out of every opportunity to learn. I’ve gained wide knowledge in O2C and mastered Excel. My initial milestone was the Peak Performance project, which led to my role as Credit Manager for Amer Sports Finland. Now, as a team leader, who knows what’s next.
How have you seen the company’s values reflected in the day-to-day operations or culture, and how have you contributed to upholding those values?
One value is especially close to me, ‘Better together.’ I think the atmosphere is one of the greatest assets of our company. The fact that we still want to spend time with each other also after work only proves the point.
