At Amer Sports, sustainability has been a key consideration in our business and across our global group of sports and outdoor brands for years – it is embedded in our past, acted upon today, and informing our decisions for tomorrow.

We conducted a double materiality assessment and a Human Rights Impact Assessment.
We committed to set emissions reductions in line with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
We established a process to initiate biodiversity and water assessment.
We became participants of the United Nations Global Compact.
Our Altenmarkt ski factory in Austria started implementing the ISO 14001 environmental management system.
We further defined our sustainability approach with materiality assessment, redefined targets and KPIs.
We defined our sustainability governance structure.
We defined our key Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
We aligned our Sustainability Report with the GRI reporting framework.
We received a ”B” score in CDP Climate Change disclosure.
Atomic
Atomic conducted Life Cycle Assessments for multiple products, resulting in reductions in their CO2 emissions.
Our Supply Chain Code of Conduct was fully aligned with FLA standards.
Arc’teryx
Launched ReBIRD™ program to promote product circularity.
Salomon
Annecy Design Center in France to use 100% renewable electricity.
Launch of the recyclable running shoe Index.01.
Peak Performance
Launched their longevity and circularity program WearAgains.
Amer Sports became a participating company of Fair Labor Association (FLA).
Arc’teryx
100% renewable electricity in all operations.
Target to have 80% of products Fair Trade certified by 2025.
Our apparel brands Arc’teryx, Salomon and Peak Performance became members of Fashion Industry Charter for Climate Action (FICCA).
Our Material Compliance Policy unified our policies regarding materials.
Salomon
Annecy Design Center in France received ISO 14001 and 50001 certifications for its environmental and energy management systems.
Wilson
Launched Triniti, a four times more durable tennis ball in a recyclable packaging.
We created Amer Sports Circular Economy Principles, joined Sustainable Apparel Coalition (SAC) and started using the Higg Index tools.
First Sustainability Report published.
Amer Sports Corporate office in Helsinki, Finland became a WWF Green Office.
100% renewable electricity in the Altenmarkt, Austria ski factory.
We initiated regular sustainability updates in the Board of Directors meetings.
More sustainable products like Atomic’s RENU boot and ski, Salomon’s Sick Stick Snowboard and Wilson’s Rebound basketball.
We began to calculate our carbon footprint and conduct Social Compliance Audits for our supply chain.
Supply Chain Code of Conduct, and commitment to International Labor Organization (ILO) Conventions and the United Nations’ Universal Declaration on Human Rights.
