Amer Sports employees are encouraged to raise concerns through the Group Legal team or through our confidential and anonymous reporting channel, WhistleB. WhistleB is operated by a third party, and it is also available for external stakeholders, such as former and prospective employees and employees of our business partners within our supply chain.

Amer Sports Group Whistleblowing policy and the related local guidelines apply to the whistleblowing matters and give further advice on the reporting processes and data privacy. As stipulated in the local guidelines, there might be specific restrictions in the scope of reporting concerns in certain countries.
